Luke is very professional and honest. He cares deeply about the quality of his work and is very open to involving clients in the process.He explained the work as he was going and notified me of any decisions that needed to be made.Installed a kitchen counter top and sink and left the kitchen cleaner then when he arrived.You won't be disappointed in his workmanship.

Converting our guest bathroom from a tub/shower combo to a modern shower stall with nice glass doors. End result: stunning. Every detail done to perfection. On time, on quote and all with a smile and a great sense of humor. The crew worked hard all day, and cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommended!

Luke was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual and I was impressed with his problem-solving skills. We had a variety of small jobs to do and he handled them all with expertise and aplomb. I highly recommend him for all your household tasks that need doing.

I want to give Luke and his guys, a thank you and a great review(s). Over the years we have used Major League Property Development a total of seven times, and another project is in the making. Luke is very personable, polite, and always eager to help get a job done right, and to the satisfaction of the customer. With an older home like ours, we have had the water tank replaced, replaced a ruptured water line in our yard in a very timely fashion, they added an extra water line for a garden hose. Luke has been instrumental in various jobs with a microwave installation, a dishwasher repair, and air conditioner unit. However, the biggest job was a renovation in our basement with a boot room/laundry room. That was by far the best improvement to anything we have done for our house.! We have known Luke and his family for close to 7 years now. (He's actually not a bad bass fisherman either,) I would highly recommend giving Major League Property Development a call. - Gerry Reply

STURDY HOME REPAIR LTD. REVIEWS

Upon inspecting the envelope of my house I discovered a rotten structural column. Sturdy came by quickly for an inspection and recommended repairs and preventive steps to ensure the same issue wouldn't repeat itself. I'm happy with the work that was completed and I'd recommend to future home owners who need some work done. Cheers.

Noah completed some repairs to our deck and did a fantastic job! The previous owners had done a 'make-shift' job and Noah made sure our deck is safe and sturdy. Noah is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled - definitely would hire him again!

Noah and his team at Sturdy built me an incredible fence! They did it on time, for less than competitors and the quality & professionalism exceeded my expectations. Definitely hiring them again! 10/10.

Chris and his team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. They put up 90 feet of new fencing at the rear of my property and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were responsive to my initial message, came to view the project and talk about ideas, sent an estimate via email and were easy to arrange a start date with. The two days they were here putting up the fence they were super helpful and friendly with questions from myself and my neighbour and tidied up after the job was complete. My new fencing looks fantastic, I cant recommend them enough and will be using their services again for sure. Thanks guys!
