We are so very fortunate, blest even, to have chosen this company to install our septic system.Careful assessment of the property was carried out before we were informed of the best system for our home. A date was set and the company’s crew and equipment arrived and started right away. In spite of established terraced gardens and extensive brick work, this company carried out most of the work by hand and used a small “digger” with rubber tires to travel over our manicured lawns never leaving a trace of disturbance. The system which was recommended was installed and when the crew left we were amazed to find that all our garden walls and shrubs etc. were not damaged, anywhere! and even the patterned area of brickwork had been replaced without leaving a trace of having been disturbed! impressive …. the “beds” which formed the filters or field, look like garden beds. The company checked up with us on various occasions to make sure that we were satisfied and we knew that should any unforeseen problem occur, that they would be on site “immediately if not before” - their service is second to none! what “peace of mind” we enjoy knowing that this most important job has been efficiently completed, and we remain totally confident that we made the best decision in our choice of company to provide this service to us. We never had to concern ourselves with permits etc., this was all looked after for us and on completion, we were delivered the inspection certificate and all the necessary documentation a homeowner should have - Judith A.
