MID ISLAND TOWING & TRANSPORT REVIEWS

Needed a jump and BCAA sent over Wyatt- BCAA told me 90 minutes and he was at my car in less than 10! He hooked up the cables and we chatted while my battery chatted up from almost nothing. Super friendly, kind person who got my car working like perfect in no time. Thank you so much to Wyatt- I'd call this company any time!.

I would like to add to the positive reviews and give Christopher another shout out. My car needed to be towed last night, and Christopher showed up within 10 minutes and was super friendly, helpful, and of course, professional. I would recommend Middle Island doing in a flash.

I locked my car fobs in my Nissan and called these guys and within 20 minutes someone came to my home and unlocked my car!! The guy who came literally opened my door within a minute! Great service you guys, thanks for coming out on a Sunday morning! Much appreciated.

I called and talked to a nice gentle voice on the other end of the phone line which is very pleasant to hear because when you are calling a tow truck company you know that it is a stressful situation and you need to remain calm and focused as much as possible, anyways Scott made it all possible because he was the calm and polite voice on the receiving end of the phone line. Now that i have given him all the circumstances with my car break down in Nanaimo at Walmart, and he went out of his way, on my word had my car towed to his yard where he will take my plates and hold for me at no charge and pay me for my car even though I live in Nanoose B.C. , all that I now have to do is go down to his yard the following week to come in Nanaimo show him my registration and I will get my plates back, and some coin as well, which now I can return the plates back to ICBC. and then cancel my insurance on the vehicle which Scott helped me with getting finished with. Scott had just called me to confirm picking up my car from the spot it broke down. yes i would highly recommend MId Island Towing!!! Thanks Scott. - Brian T. Reply

NANAIMO TOWING REVIEWS

They are very quick and friendly! I was having a terrible day and locked my keys in the car after I was already late for work. They came to the rescue and unlocked it quickly and respectively. I had literally 86 cents in the bank and was unable to pay them and they put my problem into consideration and worked something out. Thank you so much Nanaimo Towing! I'll always come to them for further service. I recommend highly!.

Our car broke down in the rain with a faulty alternator on Christmas Day at a dangerous spot on the highway. About ten minutes after calling these guys a Nanaimo Towing driver showed up, helped us troubleshoot and jump start our car to get us going and wouldn't even take any money. Best experience possible.

These guys have come to the rescue for my family 3 times in 18 months. Once for a dead battery, twice for other mechanical issues for two different vehicles. They are professional, honest, and really good with kids! We highly recommend their service!.

H B TOWING REVIEWS

HB Towing great company would use again for sure. They went above and beyond for my wife they moved her beloved she shed 3 islands to its final destination and not without a lot of challenges changes in plans and they still were very professional they went above and beyond for my wife. Would definetly hire them again.

I deal with HB on daily basis. Everyone that works there is professional, kind and has a tone of voice that is willing to accommodate whatever is needed. I highly recommend this company. They will not waste your time or try to come up with 100 excuses why certain things were or not being done. They don't complain and I love, love working with them. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Hubert and Adam - keep up the great work!.

Driver arrived earlier than scheduled and was very patient while finished getting our 5th wheel ready to move. HB towing is very reasonable in price. The driver was a really careful drive and very well experienced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or their 5th wheel/trailer moved.
