My grandparents and my brother were given the utmost respect and care with MD. Tyler went above and beyond and prepared things so perfectly and professionally, but also made you feel like family. Sandy and Joy were also so kind and present. I thank you all for making difficult days so beautiful. We will cherish our time with this home and the beautiful tribute they allowed our loved ones to experience.

My family and I would like to thank this special funeral home for everything they have done to help us get through the loss of our mom and dear wife. They did an outstanding job to help coordinate it all. We met Ivana 1 week prior to the service, which was 2 days after our loss. Ivana and staff were more than kind, compassionate, patient and caring. Everything for us went smoothly. We give Markey Dermody funeral home 5 stars and highly recommend this place.

Preparing in advance is very important. We weren't ready to look after such an event. The funeral home assisted us by quoting the expenses and we were not pressured into getting something over our budget. Looking after our loved one once he passed. They took care and organized the funeral which was what we were looking for. We are happy and relieved that everything went well. Our loved one would have been happy.

Denis the directory at the funeral home was amazing. He helped us get everything organized and dealing with some hiccups that we had run into for the funeral of my brother. He made sure when he was off that his team was aware of everything going on to help us. Thank you Denis for everything you did and your team for helping my family get the closure we needed. Highly recommend this funeral home! Amazing team and customer service.

From the initial call with Denis to the consultation and process with Kim , we were treated with kindness, they were supportive , comforting, and informative and eased us through the process. Kim especially went above and beyond for our family during this traumatic time and it made our grieving process manageable. I will forever be thankful.

I can't say enough about everyone working here, they care first, everything else follows. My mother in law and mother passed 6 days apart. Denis, Kristen and staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for your compassion and understanding and thank you for supporting us during this difficult time.

We had the unfortunate need for services, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, and care. Not just for our loved one, but we the family as well. This team is outstanding and they made a daunting time easy for us. They took the time, and care to help us make decisions we were not sure we could at the time. From beginning to end we were pleasantly surprised and words don't express the gratitude we feel. Highly recommend this team.

D’Andre and Emily, along with the entire Crestmount staff, were incredibly professional, caring and supportive of all of our needs as we arranged things for my father’s passing. And, again during my mother’s passing two months later. During such a difficult time for our family they were outstanding.
