Jardins Commémoratifs et Salon Funéraire Rideau (Rideau Funeral Home & Cemetery) provided a respectful and empathetic service throughout the day and events. The premises were impeccably clean. The staff were professional, competent and attentive while providing safety during these COVID times. The dining reception area staff were equally professional, courteous and constantly helpful to the family and guests. It all helped for a day of being kind, dignified, and efficient service throughout the day.
The service I got from Rideau funeral Home was excellent. Bruno De Matos , the Funeral Director who I dealt with gave an easy 5 star service. He exuded compassion , patience, and complete understanding, while being professional. My experience with the entire staff during a difficult time was made much easier. Thank you Bruno and the entire staff.

We asked for a female Officiant - not happy with the aged Chinese male pastor for my father’s funeral Service at their St. Laurent location in 2016.
