The delivery team was perfect! This is my third time ordering, and I will definitely order again in the future. I ordered a sofa from Costco, but their delivery team told me that because it’s an old building with a narrow hallway, they had to return it — they didn’t even try. On the other hand, the delivery guys from The Brick managed to bring it in within a few minutes without any trouble.

Wonderful customer service! Got help right away from a lovely lady and salesperson named manny! She made everything so easy for me. Everything I wanted she was able to help me with and have it delivered 2 days later. If you need help with any furniture manny your gal!

Great experience. Took about an hour in store to refurnish our house. Everything showed up about a week later. Delivery guys were awesome as well.

Had the pleasure of having Tammy as a sales person to buy a new bed frame. Not only was she polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She also made the process so easy! I had made a mistake with my measurements and had to change the headboard. Even though I thought I was such a burden with my mistakes she made me feel as if she was truly happy to help me with my problem! If you’re looking for a honest and easy sales person go see Tammy.

Kim has always been a joy to deal with when I go into Ashley furniture. I’ve watched her go above and beyond for my friends, family and myself. Kim has taken every step possible to keep all of her customers happy and we will always keep our business with Kim and Ashley furniture, thank you for the amazing customer service.

I had fantastic experience with Kim at Ashley Furniture! They arranged a quick delivery on Good Friday. The two gentlemen that delivered were extremely kind and quick! I will definitely be buying more from them.

Right from the get go with my absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable sales associate, through to delivery, and followed by product support this business and its people are true class. Great selection of products and most of all excellent team of staff to support customers! Flora spent a great deal of time finding the perfect furniture pieces I had been looking for. She was amazing! Sent information to me via text and calls to keep me updated.

I found the sales lady Shawna to not only be professional and courteous but also very helpful and informative. She understood my wants and made sure all went well in the process The delivery and assembly team also did a fantastic job !! Well done everyone.
