Window Mart totally knocked it out of the park with our new windows. Seriously, we couldn't be happier! Daniel was our installer, and let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. He was meticulous, paid attention to every little detail, and the quality of his work is just outstanding. He was always punctual, respectful of our home (even took his shoes off without being asked!), and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. And get this – they finished the entire project in three days instead of the four they originally quoted! Everyone we dealt with at Window Mart was so friendly and accommodating, it felt like we were dealing with friends. If you're looking for new windows, do yourself a favor and call these guys. You won't regret it, and if you're lucky, you'll get Daniel as your installer!Thank you Window Mart, and a big thank you to Artur who gave us the deal of the century when he quoted us and kept giving us discounts after I'd already verbally agreed to a higher amount. The third installments of our windows and a door were completed last Thursday and Friday. Two very knowledgeable and hard working men completed this project. Thank you for the quality of work, and for making sure our home was left clean.

We had done our research before deciding on a window company to replace our windows and doors in 2022. Our final decision was Window Mart. We were very hesitant due to having a stucco exterior but Vitalie reassured us over and over that the way they remove and install the new windows would have very minimal damage. We ordered them in May 2023 and they were installed in October. We were very impressed with the workmanship of removing the wood windows, their cleanliness and respect of our home. The windows are better quality then we have ever had even in a new home build. The ease of use is excellent right from the casement and locking mechanisms to removing the screens to cleaning the windows. Even the manufacturer stickers came right off. If you’ve ever removed stickers in a new build off the windows it’s usually a case of soaking and scraping. Minor detail but a timesaver when there’s 25 plus windows! We have since had 2 full winters and we are very pleased that there were no more drafts from the windows and doors. The summers have also been better as our upper floor has stayed cooler for much longer. We also had our front and back door replaced. They are beautiful, well built and solid. The installers did a great job with the new silicone and repairing the pieces of stucco. It is an easy tough up with a color matched paint.
