Sunday Morning. Had my keys in the ignition to warm up the truck and somehow it locked itself. Made a call, got all my details, told me he would be 1/2 hr. Arrived sooner and had the truck unlocked before I left my front door to meet him for payment. Very fast, and friendly. Thanks again.

Fantastic customer service. I desperately needed into my fire safe and didn't have time to dig for my lost (but somewhere in the house) keys. They had me in and out of the office in 2 min. Beyond happy with the service! Thank you.

I locked myself out of the house,so I called Lang Locks ,they were very nice on the phone even bumping a call so they could send a guy out to help me. Very professional and fast,he even fixed my latch as it wasn't closing all the way and I didn't even notice. It's not often a company goes above and beyond what the initial task is,it shows they care,would 100% recommend.

Called Lang Locks after waiting a week for a call back from their competition to get the ignition replaced in my vehicle. Jay was able to come replace it same day, let me know what he was needing to do, and gave me recommendations and options for key replacement as mine was somewhat worn down. Definitely recommend.

This team is fantastic- starting with Tracy in the shop and finishing with Jay out on location… they have the best customer service, excellent pricing and are very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.
