I’m so glad I took my boys to see Andrea! They came out looking, smelling and feeling so much better. I’m really happy she took her time with them instead of rushing through them, new places and people can be scary but my dudes came out looking like they enjoyed themselves! Thank you so much for making them look so handsome! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful service. My shepherd dexter is very anxious and I didn’t think I’d find anyone willing to try to groom him. With lots of patience and a few nips received (we use a muzzle now) and a visit every few months the ladies have him doing fabulous through the whole experience now. And he loves his fancy bandana he comes home with every time.

We drove from Dawson Creek with our two fluff cats. This business took care of the grooming of both cats professionally in the time quoted and at a totally reasonable price Have already recommended this business to many people in Dawson.

Did an awesome job on my fur baby. She needed a lot of work and came out looking beautiful. Plus was totally tolerable to other dogs which she usually isn't. Wasn't pleased at arrival with hearing lady yelling but was just an emotional moment I'm hoping cause my girl was happy, calm and beautiful when I picked her up. Plus prices are beyond reasonable.

Hands down amazing people. always upfront when they notice something on our pup that we haven't seen yet (when he gets shaved) or that we haven't felt (when he gets bathed). only people he will let do his nails and they are more than fair and professional.

First time for my Charlie at Angela’s Pet Spa today - 10/10. He came home looking, smelling and FEELING amazing. His groom was perfect- so handsome. Can’t wait for his next visit! We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful place with loving attentive staff that truly go the extra mile with every dog! My brother goes here for grooming and I take my doggo for daycare! They have been upkeeping and improving her training and command response and she is pooped out every night! ( a very tall order for a high energy anxious pup) Always happy to return and happy and tired when it's pick up time! Great staff great place great feed back on your pups day and how they are doing in the daycare/ daily activities! would highly recommend! ( if u can get a spot!) Thanks tortoise and hair and all their wonderful staff members.

I cant brag enough on how amazing the staff and the facility is. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. They take there time getting to know your dog, write cute little notes in there dog food containers of what they did for the day. My dogs absolutely love it there, they know exactly where we are when I pull up.

I bring my pup Remi to Tortoise & The Hair for grooming and daycare, and she loves it! They treat her like family, always have fun activities and healthy snacks for them. Tracy and the team are great, and highly recommend for grooming.
