EASTERN OVERHEAD DOORS LTD. REVIEWS

I called another place (number that was on my existing garage door) and they never picked up or called back. But these guys....fantastic start to finish. Excellent customer service from the start, and explains all costs. Everything was done in a timely manner too. The technician was professional and fast too! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the service!.

Had a service technician (Jeremy) replace the damaged cables and service my garage door. Very friendly, professional and Covid safe! Highly recommend.

Price was fine, accuracy of work was excellent, timing was great, installers were fast and efficient, took away old door and made a modification to suit my situation. A1 job all around!.

UPPER LEVEL DOORS REVIEWS

Excellent service! Our contractor recommended another supplier in the area (apparently, the largest in Eastern Ontario) but when I asked for a quote, they were patronizing, arrogant and non-responsive. This pushed us to discover Upper Level Doors. They were completely the opposite. Their quoting and admin were amazing - efficient, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions and emails. They were also very patient with us as we were looking for a very specific type of door which was somewhat unusual. As well, they provided detailed framing schematics for our contractor (something the OTHER company said didn't exist). When their team showed up to install, they were professional, fast and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! .

From the initial quote right through to installation, Ashley and team were professional, responsive and fair. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Upper Level Doors.

I called in the morning as a large spring broke making it unable to use my door. They arrived and had the door fixed replacing both springs by 2:30 pm. Totally impressed with the service price and workmanship.

GARAGE DOOR COMPANY OF SOUTHEASTERN ONTARIO REVIEWS

I highly recommend this business. I called about a garage door that wasn't working, they had someone out to diagnose the problem same day, called me right after and told me what was wrong, how much it would cost and offered to fix it the next day, which they did. They were polite, knowledgeable, service-oriented, quick to respond and they did everything they said they were going to do! Thank you for getting us up and running again in such a professional & effective manner!.

I called about a broken spring on my garage door at 8am they had a temporary fix done at 9am.They came back 2 days later and replaced the spring.I never lost the use of the door during business hours. This is the best service anyone could ask for.I have never used this company before but will differently use them again. Thanks Colonial Small Engine Repair.

I called about a squeaky garage door, the door was too new to be making that much noise. They were there the next morning and stayed three hours and sent me pictures of what was actually wrong with it. The door was incorrectly installed with damaged parts. Garage door works beautifully now.
