A rarity in today's world - what a fabulous experience! Spotted EOD down the street working on another home, stopped and asked if they could take a look at our turn of the century garage door with a very recent wheel and track problem rendering opening & closing of the garage door impossible. Not only were they able to fix it quickly, they didn't wait to get paid! Maybe I'll get a bill, but talk about amazing and I'm so happy to recommend and use in the future! Excellent service! Our contractor recommended another supplier in the area (apparently, the largest in Eastern Ontario) but when I asked for a quote, they were patronizing, arrogant and non-responsive. This pushed us to discover Upper Level Doors. They were completely the opposite. Their quoting and admin were amazing - efficient, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions and emails. They were also very patient with us as we were looking for a very specific type of door which was somewhat unusual. As well, they provided detailed framing schematics for our contractor (something the OTHER company said didn't exist). When their team showed up to install, they were professional, fast and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Wow! Just wow! Our garage door spring broke on Monday night. We called The Garage Door Company of Southeastern Ontario at 9:30 Tuesday morning, and a technician was here just after 10 a.m., and it's a 25 minute drive! The tech diagnosed the problem, went to the shop, got a new spring, installed it, tweaked the door, lubricated the mechanisms, and by noon it was perfectly repaired, all for a very reasonable fee. The tech was friendly and explained everything he had to do and had done. Highly recommended!
I called about a squeaky garage door, the door was too new to be making that much noise. They were there the next morning and stayed three hours and sent me pictures of what was actually wrong with it. The door was incorrectly installed with damaged parts. Garage door works beautifully now.
placed a call at 10am to have a broken spring replaced and the work was done by 2:40 pm. The 2 repairmen were very personable and polite. Very pleased with this whole interaction
