Lots of thanks to Adam and Cody for taking down my 2 pines and a huge silver maple tree. You guys rock, great job in very timely fashion and very reasonable price.I would definitely recommend you guys for anyone with simple or difficult trees to be removed. Very confident in there work.Shout out to Dan for helping the fellows.

Had Adam from Lupenette Tree Service recently cut down a tree very professional and did an amazing job! Would definitely have him come and do more work again.

Excellent work, knowledgeable and will take the time to explain where your money is being spent. Highly recommended !

I am updating my review because I gave Lupenette Tree Services another opportunity to resolve my concerns, but unfortunately the experience has continued to be disappointing. Adam had previously booked two appointments to provide a quote and was a no-show both times, although he did email explanations afterward. When I later left a review about my experience, he responded by saying I had not provided my phone number and suggested I must have been dealing with another tree company. I was able to provide the review site with 11 emails documenting our communication, including my phone number. Adam subsequently came to my property and we agreed to start over. He estimated approximately $ to remove the two trees. As he was leaving, he said the review had hurt his business and offered me a discount if I removed it. I agreed to remove the review because I wanted to give him another chance. The written quote I received was higher with no discount shown. On August 25, I asked through the quote’s question section for the discount to be shown and for a breakdown of the original price and final price. I have received no response. I have since obtained another quote from a different local tree company. They responded within two hours, came out two days later, provided their quote within 24 hours, and quoted approximately $900 less. My concern is not simply the price. It is the lack of communication and, most importantly, that after offering a discount in exchange for removing my review, the promised discount was not shown on the quote and my request for clarification has gone unanswered. - J.
