Had Steve Sprague service our air conditioner and furnace, professional and pleasant man, answered all my questions. Booked original maintenance service last yr, (as this was a brand new a/c) no one showed up, called and learned that Enercare had taken over, (never received any notice about this) so my service was cancelled, but the gal said she would re-schedule it. Hope that now D&K sold to Enercare they treat their employees and customers the same as D&K did. We have always used D&K, have built a relation with the guys that come in and service our products.
Gerald came and got our furnace and air conditioner up and running. He called in advance and arrived exactly when he said he would get here. He was extremely friendly and explained to me exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. I very much appreciate the service that Gerald provided!
Steve Sprague was the service person who attended at my address in Brighton. He was thorough informative and provided excellent advice and assistance. I would definitely use and recommend this company and service person again.

I had questions about my HVAC system, which was in rough shape due to lack of service on the system by the previous owners of my house. Linda (Owner) called me back the same day and was very thorough in the questions she asked me, extremely understanding of my situation and helpful. The reason I called QAS was that I thought I may need to replace part of system (after an initial visit from another contractor). Linda helped me understand that I was on the right path to addressing the current issues and shouldn't need to replace any of the system. When the time comes to replace any of my HVAC system components, I will definitely reach out to QAS again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.
Very pleased with the service I received! I have a very old A/C system that my regular service provider said was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Concerned that my regular provider who recently sold me a new furnace was looking for another sale I contacted Quinte Air based on the reviews on the website. Adam was wonderful. we moved into our house 3months ago. Our tankless hot water heater was not working called and Michelle was very efficient at explaining the process of getting a new one. She did a follow up call to let me know when the unit arrived and when a technician was coming to install. Josh and Jordan did the installation. They were very friendly and professional. The clean up was amazing. It was as if they weren't even there! I would highly recommend Friel Heating. Great customer service from beginning to end. Excellent Staff!
I am so impressed with the fast service from Friel especially at this time of year when so many people require service for their AC unit. I called in the morning and someone was here less that 2 hours later. We did not have an emergency but I surely appreciate how quick the response was and how nice the person on the phone was. The unit was repaired no problems and the technician was very friendly and professional. All in all I am happy and cooling down.
