My garage overhead door springs needed replacing, and I reached out to Creative Door Services based on positive word-of-mouth. What a wonderful experience I had! Todd was my sales contact, he explained the process, and scheduled everything. Ben came to my home, replaced my garage overhead door the springs, and made sure I was fully satisfied. Ben was friendly, professional, and efficient. Quality of work seems very good, and the cost seems fair. Really pleased with dealing with Creative Door for our emergency apartment garage door repair. Jake came first thing in the morning, was friendly and able to quickly remove the door and initiate getting a quote for work to replace it the next day. I appreciated that Katie got us the quote quickly, was patient while I waited for approval and prioritized to get a great crew by 9:30am the next day. Sandy/Kayden were gracious when some residents needed to exit before it would be closed for a few hours and they did a great job competing things within a couple hours. Katie was a huge help with a stressful situation, the price was fair and the guys were a pleasure to deal with.

I had Creative Door come out and install a high lift and head mount operator into my garage so that I could put a car lift into my home. They came on time, did great work, very good pricing, the installer was friendly and helpful. Great job Creative door.
