When I called, they always answered the phone, well most of the time. Still very good service, and door quality is excellent. I'm very happy with my doors.
Great customer service. Very impressed. I called DeltaJ one evening after noticing my garage door was making a loud noise and they showed up the next day and fixed up the door so it's much more smooth now.
