I’ve been a member of World Gym for about 8 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine training anywhere else. It’s become such a big part of my routine and my life in general. My interactions with the staff have always welcoming and friendly. The gym itself is clean, well-organized, and has everything you need, whether you're lifting heavy, doing cardio, or joining a group class. What I really appreciate is the atmosphere—there’s no ego here, just people working hard and encouraging each other. After 8 years, I still feel motivated every time I walk through the doors. World Gym isn’t just a gym—it’s a community. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that’s consistent, supportive, and real.

Abdel is a super Coach, very effective in his technique and workout regimen. We appreciate that he is a part of the Laval group of instructors. Just to add, this is the 2nd week and I could confidently say that I am starting to see a minor improvement in my core, if I keep the same rhythm by the end of summer I should achieve what I attained during the entire time last year. My coach is the reason I keep coming back to the gym. Tamar is an amazing trainer, Knows exactly how to tailor workouts to your body and strength level. Patient, motivating, and always pushes you just enough to grow. She is Highly recommend.
