I loved her ~ she saved my butt from a very dark place in my life. I no longer need her which is always the end result. When dealing in situations like this it takes two and usually more than 1 meeting and it is personal we don’t have to choose the 1 st therapist we meet. Helen was the 5th person I met over my lifetime and she was by far the best. Thank you Gelen I wouldn’t be here today without your support.
