This place is awesome. The owners have much to be proud of. The classes for children are very good, the teaching of respect is really a winning point and the training given by great professionals. The possibility of being able to train there while my son has his lessons is really practical, and at a very affordable cost too. I never felt out of place or out of place while training there. And also, the reception staff are very helpful and always smiling. A place that I highly recommend, for young and old.

My 7 year old started jujitsu and it has become the highlight of his life. The gym is clean, fully equipped, with people of all ages. From the reception staff to the coaches, they are all super friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this great MMA gym.

I’ve been member for almost 10 years. It’s family owned, very homey, never had any problems. The coaches are very experienced. Receptionists are super friendly and welcoming, especially joelle. I recommend to everyone who’s looking to up their game in martial arts.

Great gym, awesome vibe! I’m a beginner and the coach Jade made me feel welcomed and payed extra attention to help me. Thanks to all the the team and the brand new spot! My kids are also at the gym and they love it!

My son joined a month ago and he is extremely happy with the class, his instructor and the group he is with. I see a major difference in my son in so many ways. Thank you Jiu-jitsu 450!!

Really solid gym. 450 Jiu-Jitsu has a great mix of tough rolls and a welcoming crew. Coaches know their stuff and the atmosphere keeps you coming back. Definitely will be dropping in again!

We’re new to BJJ and since the first class everyone was very welcoming (including other students). We were paired up with people that have been training for years and they were very patient in guiding us through the proper techniques. Very well structured, excellent communication and extremely courteous.

Best Brazilian jiu-jitsu school in the north shore of Montreal . plenty of parking for easy access , super clean , amazing and legit black belt professor with a lot of experience in MMA,judo, wrestling. free trial class too.

Brown belt from out of town (Not Gracie Barra). Stopped by asked if I could train for approximately a week. I was given a Gi and welcomed with open arms given all the respect due to my rank. Phenomenal atmosphere, high level jiu-jitsu, high level instructors. If you live near Laval do yourself a favor go train at Gracie Barra Laval. I learned a few new tricks I can't wait to go home an implement. "It's all about refinement" Oss! Thank you.
