Une équipe vraiment exceptionnelle. Je suis toujours très bien accueillie et je me sens en confiance à chaque rendez-vous. Les soins sont professionnels, les conseils sont personnalisés et l’équipe prend vraiment le temps de bien répondre à nos besoins. Expérience absolument incroyable! Je souffrais d'acné et de points noirs et j'ai constaté une différence majeure juste après mon premier traitement. Je suis allé à Laval et chaque employé est très compétent, gentil et heureux de répondre à toutes mes questions . J'ai déjà réservé mon prochain rendez-vous et j'ai tellement hâte d'y retourner.

Le service ici est excellent, de la réservation, de la consultation au traitement lui-même. Les espaces sont propres, la réception est accueillante/apaisante et les chambres sont confortables. Audrey est la meilleure esthéticienne du monde ! J'ai reçu le soin du visage Hydrolift et ma peau était incroyable, douce et souple. Elle a pris soin de m'expliquer les produits/étapes et m'a permis de me sentir détendue et rayonnante. J'ai tout de suite vu les résultats car les produits sont haut de gamme et efficaces. Je le recommande vivement.

Jennifer la réceptionniste était très accueillante et gentille ! J'ai fait mon épilation au laser et elle s'est assurée que j'étais pris en charge tout le temps (en m'offrant du thé, en me demandant si j'avais besoin de sandales, etc.) je recommande vivement cet endroit.
