I came in the store without an appointment because my glasses (that i purchased from there 2 years prior) were a bit crooked after sitting on them by accident, and they were able to fix it within minutes free of charge! I was greeted with a smile and served by Ines, if you wish to have a pleasant experience buying or fixing glasses, the customer service is excellent! Thank you again.

Excellent customer service! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. I found my first new pair of glasses thanks to their professional advice. With help of the optician Younes and the manager, they made sure i left the store satisfied. I highly recommend this store.

Really good help from Laurence today! I dont have my prescription yet but she already help me find the ones I need! The opticien was helpful as well, he ajusted my sisters glasses at the same time without an appointment ! I’ll be back soon.

Friendly staff and fast service. Shout out to Nicole,Yelena and Wendy were all very helpful. They all help us with our questions and concerns about insurance. The whole family each got a pair of glasses. Amazing job. Order within a week, the glasses were ready for pick up. Many many selections. My daughter love her pink Versace. My kids and I all went for a check up, the optometrist toook her time with everyone of us. All the staff were truly amazing! Couple of months later my daughter broke her glasses and they were able to fix it! One of the best places we’ve been.
