Back Alley Fitness

Love this little gym place. Small gym with a big family personality atmosphere! The instructors are great and will accommodate exercises to all levels of fitness and strength. They are also very knowledgeable in nutrition and answers all your questions to help fit your goals. I go to the mommy fit/mommy strong classes and have made friends with many other people. There's also childminding so that my kid can play while I get an hour to focus on myself and work out. I've been to other gyms and this little spot makes me feel at home.

Best place ever to workout. I enjoy the classes with a trainer as well as working out on my own. Great equipment, awesome people and a very welcoming and motivational environment! There is never any judgment, only encouragement! Joining the BAF is definitely like being part of a family.

The atmosphere in this gym is one I haven’t experienced anywhere else! The trainers are knowledgeable, positive, patient and passionate about what they do. There is always a smile to greet you when you roll through the door! Highly recommend this gym!
