GoodLife Fitness Kitchener Williamsburg

We just signed up to the gym here. we looked at a few different places first and settled on Good Life. the place is absolutely spotless and looks like it is constantly cleaned. the people that go here seem like they really respect the machines and take care of them and clean them up afterwards. The gym is huge and has a second floor as well as tanning beds and a sauna. The staff here are really polite and nice, The training staff are extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit.

Great staff, always making sure the gym is clean and safe! The gym goers are also friendly and welcoming. And if you need a personal trainer, I personally recommend Jason Jones! I've had him for 6 months and I can't express how great and knowledgeable he is! From human anatomy, to diet, and physical fitness, and combining all of that to make a really fit and overall healthy person! Can't praise the gym and the staff enough!!

This is the cleanest, most professional gym in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. I love all the windows which allows for a lot of natural light to come in when working out. The staff are very friendly, kind and diligent with their duties.
