Orangetheory Fitness

I have been going to Orange Theory Fitness in Kamloops for almost three months now, and my only regret is that I wish I had started sooner! All of the staff are so friendly and positive, and the coaches are so encouraging and motivating which makes members feel good about working out. One thing I really enjoy is how you feel a sense of community among other members creating a positive and fun workout environment. I would recommend OTF to anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle, work out in a fun and motivating environment, and see results from their workout.

Great instructors that really help motivate you to get a great workout but still have fun. I love that the classes are always different and you don't have to think, just do what you're told. Seeing on screen how hard you're working is a great motivator too. Best workouts ever!

Amazing program. High intensity coach-led workouts in a welcoming atmosphere. Anybody can come in and get a great workout regardless of how fit or not you are.
