This was our first custom built home. We were a little apprehensive after having heard many negative stories about custom building. We are so glad we choose to build with Effect Home Builder as it was actually a very good experience. The team made the whole process effortless and everyone was so great to work with. Our project Manager, Dominic Emmelkamp and Nick Harrington, the site manager went above and beyond many times throughout the process. They were very easy to get along with and always quick to respond to our inquiries which was greatly appreciated. We moved in a few months ago and love our new house! We are very happy with the finish product. It was really worth the wait but we will miss working with you guys. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
