Got inspection by Dejan and Luciano recently on the house we're buying. I want to admit their professionalism, customer-oriented attitude and punctuality. They provided me with numerous tips on how to take care of this specific house considering the minor issues they found. By arriving ahead to the scheduled time and starting the inspection before my arrival they saved me time on my tight schedule that day. The whole process starting with signing for the services till the report had been received went easy and seamless. Highly appreciated and recommended!

We had Jamie from Access do an inspection of my elderly uncle's 100+ year old house, so we could make decisions as to what we need to fix and when. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The advice and report he provided is helping us to prioritize repairs and work with contractors. We may hire him again to do a similar inspection of my mother's house as we found the process so helpful.

This company is phenomenal. They are thorough and leave no stone unturned. We hired them to inspect our newly purchased house and they gave us so much insight and information we wouldn't have otherwise known. One thing I really love is they have professionals they work with so if you need to fix something as part of your inspection, they will refer one to you which really took all of the stress off for me, because finding someone to fix things is the hardest part. They were kind, generous, and even though they were exhaustive, they were quick. We received an 88 page report with photos when we were done with all kinds of wonderful recommendations and insight into our new property. With their help we should be able to make it last for decades.
