It was a pleasure working with Dan. He was very helpful in making the right recommendations and making the changes that were requested. It took some time to get this done as I had needed some changes as per my satisfaction but he always delivered on the day he promised to. A couple of weeks after I had paid and obtained the drawing, he realised some efficiency in floor design that would provide some cost savings during construction, he made the changes and resent new design. That was an extraordinary level of service, it did cost me extra to re engineer the design but the cost savings will hopefully offset that. Great service Dan. Will definitely recommend to all based on the service I received.

Throughout the process we found him very warm & welcoming. He understood our vision of the house and did his best to accommodate almost everything that we could have asked for. We always found him patient & accommodating to all our requests/ changes. He always responded to our emails in a timely manner and also was so easy to book in person appointments with him. Draw Designs finished up a custom home design for us near the end of last year. Over the period of a few months, they designed everything we could possibly ask for. Their designs are very thorough, and the lumber supply company, the framers, and many other subcontractors appreciated the details included in the drawings. Everything was ready for the plans to go through the permit application process, and they have been a great help throughout the process. I bugged them quite a bit, even months after they finished the plans, with questions and small changes, and they were happy to do so! I mostly dealt with Josh, who was very helpful with revisions and fitting all of the things we wanted in the home. I also got help from Kelsey and David, and they helped answer many of my questions and helped make revisions whenever I had asked (even long after the plans were finished up). Great team, incredible value, and the houses they have designed are absolutely gorgeous!
