I came here for the first time recently, and they did not disappoint! I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Judy (I believe) and Vivien was an absolute delight! She was very professional and friendly. We had a wonderful conversation and honestly made doing my taxes feel less of an errand and more of an exciting thing to look forward to. Along with the amazing customer service, the prices are also quite reasonable and the process was fast. I would recommend anyone to come to Keystone and I will definitely be coming back next year.

My wife and I have been doing our taxes with Keystone for the last 6 years. WE ALWAYS get a refund and never owe so far. If you're wasting time with someone like H&R Block please save yourself some money and give Keystone a try! Always professional, and always quick. I can't think of one negative thing to say except that we wish they were closer. We live on the outskirts of Fort Saskatchewan, buy found them when we lived in edmonton. Now we travel 50 minutes just to have peace of mind our taxes are being handled the right way, to get us the most benefits. Thank you Keystone for treating us like family all these years, we'll never go to anyone else.

Vivien Lin was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is courteous, prompt, efficient and incredibly patient with any questions and/or concerns that may arise. She and Jetta the front desk clerk made the process of filing my taxes incredibly smooth and I look forward to working with them again next year.

She explained the whole process of how my taxes were filed in a courteous manner. Very professional. I went in as a walk-in, I was in and out within half an hour, taxes done & filed.
