3 Best Real Estate Agents in Edmonton, AB

Due to some extenuating circumstances, I was required to sell a home in Edmonton. I am from out of province and had done some research to find a realtor who could assist me with my needs. I did interview another realtor and they were very professional in their approach when I met with them. While speaking to the owner of the property they did mention Norm as an area specialist and they indicated that they had met Norm and knew of him personally. I gave Norm a call and he immediately knew the home and the owner. I did some additional research and there were a lot of favorable comments regarding his services. While cleaning out the home I found numerous notes pads of Norm throughout the home and even an old evaluation of the home from him around 15 years ago. I chose Norm and we came up with a strategy to sell the home, as I wasn't familiar with Edmonton's Market I needed someone with some area expertise and some experience in having some insight into the clientele that would be well suited for the area and home. We listed the home on Nov 8th and I received 5 offers that same night and I accepted one for well over the asking price. I couldn't be happier as this allows me to assist the Owner with being able to move onto the next phase of their life. Thank-you Norm.
