The reception area is clean and welcoming. Staff at the front desk treat everyone on an individual basis and will promptly return any missed calls to their business via phone and text. This is truly a reflection of their outstanding service. I have the utmost respect for the professional diligence, aptitude, and professional knowledge of Radhika (Jade). Her word is truly her honor. Everything she told me, happened exactly that way and usually in less time too. She always consulted me every step of the way during the Apostille process of our documentation. The notary, Ishrath, is a gem too. She is so sweet, diligent, articulate, and very thorough too. All the employees at this office should give themselves a pat on the back for their hard work and good work ethic. I will definitely recommend Document Genie for a hassle-free, speedy, reliable, honest service with a smile.

The service is amazing and top notch, conducted with excellent manner, tidiness and professionalism. Great service. Easy to book appointments online, and they are open late and on Saturdays also you can get all your documentation translation and attestation needs they also have a hall which can accommodate 100 people and they have special profision for non profit organization.

I've been utilizing their service regularly in the handling of my grandparent's estate and found them to be be consistently reliable and friendly. Their services have extended to sending me past invoices from their system, which they have handled within 24 hours. Between the big banks, the government, and corporate probate services (specifically ClearEstate) they have been the ONLY business I've found to operate efficiently and act in a manner that's consistently customer centred.

I was able to get several documents notarized in under 20 minutes. Mr. Javaid was very knowledgeable and ensured I understood everything correctly. Highly recommend their services.

This gentleman’s services are prompt and fairly priced. I have walked in a couple of times with forms that required notarization and got them taken care of painlessly. My own corporate lawyer was planning to charge me 3x what Mr Javaid quoted. I will go back anytime I need some legal paperwork done. Thank you.
