This is our first time being with a property management company, we've always had private landlords. We've been with them for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say we have no complaints, they have addressed any concerns we've had quickly. It's easy to get ahold of them, we love the portal, makes it quick and easy to put in for any maintenance requests or if you just want to check your payments/balance owing on rent. Everyone we've dealt with has been kind, easy to talk too and makes sure you understand what's going on, from the agents to maintenance. They have pet friendly places, however, they do have breed restrictions and it is quite a large list, but that would be the only downside. Otherwise, they are a great company and hope to be with them for awhile!!

Gale was absolutely incredible throughout our journey to finding our next rental home. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in our needs made the process smooth and stress-free. She asked all the right questions, understood exactly what we were looking for, and guided us every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we found our home quickly, seamlessly and we are over the moon happy. Gale made us feel comfortable, supported throughout the process. We're so grateful for her outstanding service and highly recommend her!

After dealing with numerous property management companies I can say that Davies Property Management is as advertised, they do really give you peace of mind. It's almost too good to be true compared to other establishments. They are super professional, well organized, their owner portal is very helpful. I have very little stress now and as an investor that is a great feeling!

Recently moved in to our new rental in Kingsway managed by Pat and I must say She Was Awesome and the process was Outstanding! Despite having a limited time due to unprecedented circumstances to find a place, she went out and beyond to provide us with what we Wanted She was very Respectful, knowledgeable, Professional and Always on time. The move in process was smooth and her consistent communication reassured us we were taken care of. Thanks to Pat expertise and dedication, we found our home quickly, seamlessly and we are over the moon happy. Pat made us feel comfortable, supported throughout the process. We're so grateful and Thankful to her for her outstanding service and We highly recommend her!

Our experience with Pat W. has been amazing. Pat went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met from day 1 until we moved in to our new rental place. Our transition to our nee rental place was smooth because of her. She’s very friendly, understanding and patient. She addressed all our concerns in a timely manner and positively. I can’t complain. Great experience with Remax rental team. I interacted with Aki Bhardwaj during my rental apartment process. She helped me throughout the whole process from rental booking to agreement to document verification to inspection date slot.
