This is our 3rd time using 4sight, and we would definitely use them again and recommend their services to family & friends. Mike found a very loose pole supporting our porch roof, multiple areas on the exterior that needed work, and a crushed vent in our basement. All these things we would have missed ourselves. We will be putting these items on our tarion form in hopes that the builder will fix them. The inspection comes with a report with photos and thermal imaging. Thanks Mike for another thorough inspection on our new home.
