A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections

Purchasing a home out of Province and with a quick possession date. Derrick did my inspection for me he was great to deal with, Derrick was able to get to my inspection within a few days of me contacting him very quick and accommodating for the quick possession date. Very friendly service with great communication and quick responses providing any information I was looking for prior to inspection, upon Derrick doing my inspection and me receiving the report I was more than satisfied he got me the report the same day of inspection in the evening. The home inspection report was very detailed with pictures Derrick had all the right tools for the job thermal camera etc. and had tons of knowledge and information/suggestions to offer, the report was very in depth and very thorough I am 100% satisfied with the service and report Derrick provided and would say a home buyers choice is a 5/5 star home inspection who I would highly recommend anyone go through when purchasing a home.

He thoroughly inspected the home, pointing out everything we needed to know beforehand and even brought some snacks & water for us. His report is complete and easy-to-red.
