Good quality, good value, professional and responsive. We are out of province and were very appreciative of the service we received from Solitaire. We were not able to be present during the inspection, so the photos and report we received gave us reassurances that the older house we purchased had been extensively inspected. The follow up phone call we received gave us the opportunity to discuss in detail the finding of the report. We would absolutely recommend Solitaire to anyone purchasing a new home

Barret from Solitaire Inspections was excellent. He walked me through the entire home inspection process and ensured that all of our concerns and questions were addressed and answered. He assured that any major concerns were addressed on site and walked me through all issues that he thought I needed to see in person. Not to mention we had the completed inspection report within hours of it being completed - no waiting! He is very personable and I would recommend him/Solitaire to any family or friends.

Barrett was on time and extremely thorough with his inspection and resulting detailed report - delivered the same day ! As purchasers, I am confident we can move in and be safe. That said, we shall still endeavor to complete all his recommended repairs, in order of importance, even if the seller fails to uphold their end.
