PINNACLE HOTEL AT THE PIER REVIEWS

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Pinnacle Hotel at Pier. I lost my bag with important IDs and valubles in an open area outside the hotel two weeks ago. I thought I lost the bag forever as I had to travel overseas without much time to find it. A week ago I got a phone call from the hotel, telling me to pick up the bag from there! The staff found my bag and tried so hard to find my information and eventually called my overseas mobile. I would like to say Thank You and I will definitely visit you next time!

Rooms are very clean. Housekeeping staff is very friendly. Restaurant staff is professional. Meals at the hotel restaurant are good and reasonably priced. The cons are no USB ports in the standard rooms, water is not complimentary and there are no night lights in the bathroom. There are small containers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner so not eco friendly. Hardwood versus carpet might be nice.

I wanted to thank Alexa and Ehsan for the extra effort they did for us during my wife’s birthday celebration . They’ve been exceptional!!! Highly recommended!! Also, Nicola for awesome job looking after our reservation and up to the last minute details. Again, big big thank you!!

COAST LONSDALE QUAY HOTEL REVIEWS

Honestly an incredible bang for your buck! Location is brilliant, downtown experience at way less the price because the sea bus is right there! If you’re someone who likes fancy over the top hotels this won’t be for you but those that like a good deal - Amazing views! Amazing location! Very nice staff! Rooms are average but honestly had all the essentials, we slept well.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the stunning view from the window was an added bonus. The attention to detail in the room's design and the cleanliness of the space truly made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, fab location, easy trip from the Airport...an hour!! Great staff, spotlessly clean, fridge, coffee maker and really comfy bed. Next to the Quay Market, all round Great place. We will return!!

HOLIDAY INN & SUITES NORTH VANCOUVER REVIEWS

We loved our stay. The location of this property gave us easy access to many places in North Vancouver, including Lynn Canyon, Capilano bridge, Deep Cove, Lonsdale Quay, sea to sky highway etc. I believe a car is needed if you are going to stay at this hotel. But if you do have a car it is ideal. Rooms were clean, bathroom was spacious, and every staff member was very courteous and kind. We appreciated that there were laundry facilities on-site! It was also really nice to be able to grab a drink at the pub which is outside of the hotel but on site. This is a community pub with lots of locals. The outside setting of the hotel is lovely with a lot of greenery and as someone else mentioned, it feels secluded and peaceful. Thank you for a lovely time! Agree with another reviewer that the air conditioning is on the loud side.

I was actually at Medleys pub. One of few remaining pubs that feels local and personal with what seems like long standing staff creating a welcome mat for regulars. A number of grey hairs frequent it and the young staff treat them as friends, a rare Go To in my book for beer and food.

Had a great stay, carpet can use some replacing or deep clean but overall great clean room. Property is nice as well with all the amenities and location to whistler and mountain area.
