When we checked in, Violet was working at the check-in desk. She was dealing with a very unhappy guest, but she stayed calm and polite and never lost her smile. She was very friendly and suggested some activities that were happening in the area that she thought we would enjoy. Violet was definitely a 5 star employee. Our room was clean and tidy. It's a little dated, but nice nonetheless. Our little Elly loved the bed and had no problem snuggling in.

My third time staying multiple days with family. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is excellent and in particular Mr. Bhanu at the front desk who is not only hospitable and accommodating, made us feel most welcome. Will most definitely return on our visits to Sarnia. Thank you folks!

The managers do an excellent job keeping the hotel clean and cozy. Bhanu, a front desk manager, was very friendly, understanding and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying at Days Inn Harbourfront.

My stay here was very pleasant. In addition, I would like to thank a gentleman named Rod. He was very personable and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and had exceptional customer service skills. Thank you very much Rod you made my stay so much better and I appreciate how well you did at making me feel comfortable and at home here. You deserve a raise! Good customer service skills are rare these days.

Visited from Toronto for a couple days to enjoy the nice beach in Town. The hotel is a 3 star it’s good for that! There is a huge pool with cabanas in the backyard, and the rooms are quite nice for 3 star. The restaurant in the hotel has really good food and you’re close to downtown and the beach! Would definitely stay there again

Enjoyed our stay with very comfortable rooms. Pet friendly accommodations. Welcoming restaurant with plenty of menu options. Great complementary breakfast. Would definitely recommend a stay and will book a family stay again.

SUPER 8 BY WYNDHAM SARNIA REVIEWS

I honestly haven't had an experience in a hotel like this in quite a while. Ravi is an absolute gem to deal with, and has many stories to prove he is just that. He runs a great hotel, and even with the age of the building he's more than accommodating to make things work for his guests. We were here for just over 4 weeks, and he was able to help us turn this spot into our little home away from home. The cleaning staff can accommodate with proper communication, and are very accommodating. The rooms are renovated, and the location can't be beat. Also, the walls aren't paper thin, so do with that info what you will. Dogs are welcome, and many other guests were great to deal with, and the staff loved them as well. Can't beat it, would stay again, thanks for everything Ravi.

They were extremely accommodating. The sevice was exceptional as well. Every staff on reception, I encountered are delightful and eager to help. Cleaning staff is incredibly helpful, and the amenities are great. The room was wonderful, clean, perfect and furnished. The safest and secure place with latest room locking system.Would definitely suggest this place to stay on vacation.

The room was very clean, the location was fantastic. I believe that mostly people who have had bad experiences leave reviews, and we, as customers, are trying to find the least bad option when searching for hotels online. In my opinion, you can comfortably choose this hotel.
