I recently attended a dynamic conference at the Royal York Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The venue itself is stunning, blending historic charm with modern amenities. The conference facilities were top-notch, with well-equipped rooms that catered to every need. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, ensuring that the event ran smoothly. From the comfortable accommodations to the exquisite dining options, every detail was meticulously planned and executed. The Royal York Hotel provided the perfect setting for an inspiring and successful event. Highly recommended for any future conferences or events.

Best hotel I have been too. They had so many complementary items and the food was amazing. Service was so kind and put a smile on my face. Definitely 10/10 and so charming and elegant. Made my experience so fun. Right when I walked in I had a smile on my face and everything smelled so good and was so clean and fresh. I felt like I was in a luxury spa.

Incredible! Location is perfect for train travelers. Flawless check in, beautiful well appointed room with incredible view. Clean and comfortable with ample amenities. Service staff is on point. This hotel is amazing. My fiancé and I have stayed at numerous hotels in the past. Most stays in bigger cities are complicated and stressful. This is because customer service is below the bar. One King West was beyond helpful and accommodating, even weeks prior to our stay. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. I have zero complaints. We chose to park in the Commerce Court parking garage, as suggested by the hotel. It was extremely convenient. I paid for parking weeks before. I used my phone bar code to get in and out with no issues. The hotel is footsteps away from parking. The area is clean and welcoming, with P.A.T.H accessibility when the weather is poor. I will definitely stay at One King West again when we have a chance. I'd love to personally thank the staff for being so courteous, caring and for making me feel like a welcomed guest and not a number. When in Toronto, this is the hotel you want to be at.

Superb hotel! Just finished up a Toronto trip with my son, and loved having this hotel as our home base. Super nice to have a washer/dryer in our room. Beds let us sleep like the dead (that's good for those who no longer knows what that means). Comfy and well appointed for all our needs. The staff is excellent, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended! Thanks so much!

CHELSEA HOTEL, TORONTO REVIEWS

My family and I frequently stay here and always have a wonderful time. The rooms are consistently clean and cozy, with the added bonus of a little balcony. The staff members are exceptionally accommodating, and the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Toronto's attractions. Whether it's enjoying the pool with my son or relaxing in the hot tub during this visit with my mom for her appointment, we always find something to appreciate. The unexpected room upgrade and hassle-free late check-out only added to our delightful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are clean, great service and friendly staff. The food and service at Elm Street Bar and Lounge is fantastic. Alvin was our server, his service is top notch. We visited the restaurant 3 times because of him. Very attentive, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend stopping in to meet Alvin, and enjoy some great food you will not regret it.

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed the location and services available in this hotel. The room was slightly dated but everything was in excellent working order, and the room was very comfortable. It was a great stay!
