3 Best Spas in Toronto, ON

I love Body Blitz. I've been coming to Body Blitz Spa West for about 10 years and it is still my number 1 place to relax in the city. I love that is is women-only (and women-owned). I have tried massages and other body treatments, however the waters are my absolute favourite thing to do. The warm pool, the aromatherapy room, the dry sauna, the hot pool, with dips in the cold pool inbetween each, relaxes the body and the mind like nothing else in my experience. I especially love the cold plunges - they really make me feel alive! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Perfect place to wind down and relax in this beautiful location. They offer smoothies and teas for purchase and there is no time limit for your stay. When you check in, you are given a key to a locker where you are given a robe, a towel and a hand towel. Slippers are available upon request. There is a hot tub, Dead Sea salt main pool and a cold tub. There is also a steam room and a sauna. After your visit, they have showers and a vanity room for you to do your hair and makeup. Great place to come with girlfriends. Be mindful as the sauna and steam room are designated quiet areas.

WOW!!!! What a beautiful and relaxing spa. Their water circuit is gorgeous, and very well maintained. I got a service during my visit as well, it was a full-body glow treatment and it has been forever since I have felt soo pampered. It was wonderful and I cannot recommend this spa enough. I did not take any photos as technology is not allowed in the spa, but the spa is truly beautiful.

Received massage and facial on a Monday afternoon. Had a salad in between treatments and used the sauna. Excellent quality services for the price. All staff was fantastic. Attentive, but also gave you privacy in the lounge and bistro area. I felt at home and relaxed. The only downside is if it is very noisy outside, a firetruck for example, it is mildly audible, but the spa is close to the street in a very busy spot of the city, so out of their control really. I will definitely return for the sauna and more facials. The prices at this spa permit more frequent visits!!

First experience at a spa. Greeted as soon as I walked through the door, very friendly front desk staff. During my appointments, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. I was kept in constant comfort, and each step of the process of the treatment was fully explained. Was offered tea and water throughout my treatments, and everyone was very enthusiastic. Will be back again soon.

What I love best about this spa is the super friendly service and serene atmosphere. The massage was really good the room amenities, including the rainforest cascade, steam, body jets and colour light therapy shower was excellent. The complimentary tea was a nice bonus as well.
