I was in this hotel for a week, and took full advantage of their room service, breakfast cafe, and their upstairs lounge / restaurant. Every single staff I dealt with deserved accolades. The only 2 I remember their names, were Jamie (possibly James) and Anna, in the evening restaurant upstairs that deserve a huge shout out. They were beyond fantastic, had a great conversation. The young man even gave me a brief history of the building.

The underground parking at the hotel filled up before I arrived at 3pm, so I had to park in another lot a block away. But the front desk staff were so helpful in directing me to the best parking option and even gave me a little map highlighting the way to get there. The Signature Lounge was absolutely worth the additional fee. The food, amenities, and services available were exceptional. Looking forward to staying again!
