Je tenais à souligner le professionnalisme et la courtoisie observés à l’endroit du technicien frigoriste MARC-ANDRÉ C. de la firme IFC Climatisation répondant à un appel de service aujourd’hui. Il prend le soin de nous expliquer la(les) raison(s) du problème et les correctifs à y apporter. C’était la troisième (3e) présence de cette ressource à mon domicile, en novembre 2022, puis aujourd’hui pour un service d’inspection et de réparation, au besoin. C’est une ressource technique que j’apprécie!

Un technicien (Patrick Sleeman) de IFC climatisation est venue réparer mon air climatisé, service-ponctualité-courtoisie-professionnalisme-efficacité sont les qualités du service que j’ai reçu. N’hésitez pas à les contacter!!

Très satisfaits du service. Le technicien, Patrick, nous a donné de très bons conseils pour maximiser l'utilisation de notre thermopompe. Service courtois, professionnel et efficace. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le trio ** Claude, Renaud, Patrick ** installateurs, sont ponctuels, courtois, efficaces et professionnels. Ils sont à l’écoute de nos demandes et répondent à nos questions avec gentillesse. Je les recommande fortement, ils travaillent vraiment bien. Sans oublier Josée la secrétaire qui est toujours là pour répondre à nos questions, elle est extrêmement compréhensive, aimable et attentionnée, rien de moins. The technician was very professional and gave me full of advice on my air conditioner (HVAC) and air exchanger. Did the work promptly and properly, tested everything out. Very friendly service, very quick (they came one day after Canada Day). Highly recommended!
