J'ai attendu la fin de l'hiver pour rédiger mon avis, au cas où des problèmes surviendraient et noter le service après-vente en conséquence. Rien n'est arrivé, pas d'infiltration tout est beau. Très bon service, rendez-vous rapide. Tout le monde était là à l'heure prévue le matin (plusieurs travailleurs) et le travail était terminé en début d'après-midi. Seul point à améliorer (mais ça semble répandu dans l'industrie si je me fis aux voisins qui ont fait affaire avec d'autres entreprises, je donne donc quand même un 5 étoiles), le ramassage des clous tombés sur le terrain n'est pas très bien fait, j'en ai ramassé plus de 100 tout autour de la maison et même quelques uns dans la piscine.

Rencontre informative de la part de Guillaume sur le service offert, dans le but d'avoir une soumission complète et transparente. Rendez-vous donné promptement, travaux faits avec efficacité. Superbe résultat. Excellent service de communication avec l'adjointe administrative (courriel, confirmations, messages téléphoniques). Système informatisé pour les soumissions, les dépots et mises à jour de la facture. Professionalisme à 100%. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Très belle synergie entre chacun des membres de cette belle équipe professionnelle et courtoise. Malgré une intense chaleur de plus de 38 degrés, chacun a bien rempli leur mandat jusqu’au bout, sans aucunement négliger la qualité de leur travail. Pour une tranquillité d’esprit, je recommande cette entreprise sans hésitation.

De l’expérience de soumission (avec photos prises par un drone!) jusqu’à la fin des travaux, nous avons été mis en confiance sur toute la ligne et sommes entièrement satisfaits du résultat. Si vous avez besoin de refaire votre toiture au complet et qu’elle est complexe, c’est l’équipe qu’il vous faut! Every aspect of the project was explained and when an unforeseen issue arose - which necessitated additional work - Maxime and his team took lots of photographs and patiently answered all my questions. There was no pressured which I greatly appreciated. I have rarely experienced such a commitment to ensuring that the client is satisfied, that any query or problem is dealt with immediately.

I had an excellent experience with President Roofing. They replaced my roof and everything went very well. a few years later, a shingle came loose with the wind and they came back to replace it quickly and without discussion. I highly recommended it.
