I recently had AC installed at my home, and was very pleased with the experience! Aaron came out to provide the quote, and I was impressed with how pleasant he was and how comfortable he made the interaction. When I confirmed the work, the company was responsive and easy to deal with and the appointment was made for the next week. Aaron, Conroy and a third fellow performed the installation and were courteous and professional throughout. When they left I had a working unit, installed at the location I requested, and a clear understanding of how it should be operated. The job was completed quickly and pricing was exactly as quoted. I can confidently recommend A1 Heating as a company I would be happy to call for future needs.

It's obvious A1 strives to provide excellent customer service and they didn't dissapoint. We had some electrical issues and they insured the process was seamless for us. Everyone who came by the house was polite and courteous. We had a HE furnace and AC installed and are very happy. I would highly recommend.

Mike Parisi was an absolutely amazing technician. This man knows his stuff. This is my second time using A-1 Heating & One Hour Plumbing & I am beyond satisfied with both dealings with this company. The previous technician was terrific as well. The service, quality of work, reasonable fees- I really appreciate it.

This was my first time getting A/C and I didn’t know where to start. Once I spoke to True North I knew I made the right choice! I was more than impressed with my whole experience from start to finish. They were accommodating, friendly, timely and the price is very competitive. The installation was smooth and caused very little disturbance to my day. The staff is polite and cleaned up after the installation. The office staff was equally as polite and helpful. I truly only have good things to say about my experience. Can’t wait to use my new A/C, bring on the hot hot summer!

True North replaced our furnace and installed air conditioning for us this fall. From the first call with Carmal for a quote through the installation with Cory and his team, the process was professional and well-organized. They kept us informed about the timing of instalment and were great about answering our questions. We are really pleased with the results!

We had a great experience with Garry’s this year. We had Cole come out and give us an estimate to install A/C- he was on time, very friendly, and took the time to explain and walk us through the estimate. The workers that came for the install appointments were also all very friendly and got everything done in a timely manner. I have had many years of experince working with Cole and Garry from Garry's heating. They are professional, knowledgeable, affordable and do exactly what they say they are going to do. I used them one my own house when we built a few years ago and it was fantastic. Also there have been no issues when we required service or simply needed advice.
