3 Best Septic Tank Services in St. Albert, AB

My septic pump went in my tank and the tank was over flowing and backing up into the house I called on the may long weekend and got someone out right away to take care of my situation! Did a full cleaning and was pleased with the price as well considering it was a long weekend and an after hours call out! wonderful customer service, very informative on how to care for my septic system and pump and gave me a run down on how to take apart my pump and clean it. And did a Quick Look at the tank to make sure it was still intact and didn’t have any flaws or falling apart. They were at my property in under an hour after I called! I was very impressed with my service and would recommend this company to anyone! Will definitely be the company I use for all my septic work in the future.

Pump truck showed up with competent driver and equipment in good condition. He pumped my tank in good spirits and did a thorough job taking extra time to make sure it was rinsed and clean. Price was great.

Used Rene's for 10 years now, good people, good service every time.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Quotes were detailed and delivered quickly. Price on par with other quotes. Replaced a 2000gal concrete septic tank in half a day, in spite of having to call in another truck to un-plug the output line. Highly recommended.

Everyone at the company that I have spoken with so far seems extremely friendly and helpful. What I thought was a big issue with my septic was small and fixed easily by them. They went extra steps to show me some general maintenance and provide me with extra information. I would recommend them for sure.

Absolutely absolutely love this crew. I went to move a few planters that were on top of the septic tank, when I moved one there was a big hole under it , no cement where it should have been for the top of the septic tank, I called my husband over and I pulled another planter away and yup no cement. Now that was really scary we had zero idea where the cement could have gone and since we also had no idea about septic tanks or that they had a life span we figured be had best call RT septic. Out here where we live everyone has septic tank so we had heard of RT septic over the years, they were good people and did a great job so we knew who to call. I called a neighbour and got the number called and talked with Tammy she seemed to know what had happened and said that she would have Rick come over and check everything out. When he got here I told him what was going on, he walked around checking things out and gave me an estimate. That really impressed me that he knew right away what was going on it seemed the top had disintegrated enough to fall down and could give an estimate that soon, now it was a bit expensive But it is a big job that needed to be done. They have financing available if you look on their web page, it's easy to figure out and apply . I applied, got approved if you need any help applying Tammy is always ready to help out and was ready for Rick to come on out and fix everything. Darcy was the first out he's a really good guy he backed up and got his part done, the rest of the crew showed up right away before Darcy was finished, very impressive RT have all of the equipment they will need, It makes the job a lot easier when you have everything needed and don't have to count on someone else to show up with a piece of equipment. Everyone was wonderfully polite and got right at the job, if Robb or I were near by they would take the time to explain what they were doing, it seems a septic tank has a life span and that life span is a lot shorter than 70 years. I think it is very much one of those sight out of mind things it took them just under 5 hours we now have a new tank that is pretty cool and will last the rest of our lives and probably our grand children's lives making it worth a lot of money if we want to sell our place. We were told what all the parts were , how to take care of them and are on the list for RT to come out every few years 3 - 5 to check it and do what needs doing. So from beginning to end it didn't take much time at all, Rick and his crew were very patient and polite, they let us know if we had any questions or concerns to call them and get the answers, the absolute best in customer service. everything is done, These guys are truly as good as we had heard over the years. Thank you very much for coming out fixing everything for us. Be safe, be careful, have a great day - Lorraine.
