Would not hesitate to recommend RT! They are very helpful/responsive to all of my emails and questions. We called them out a couple times leading up to our tank replacement and they were always quick to come out and were so helpful. They installed our new septic tank in less than a day and were amazing to deal with all around!
Rick and Tammy were incredible to work with. They were fast to respond in a huge emergency and were at the site within 30mins of our call. Rick worked diligently to get 6 feet of water out of a basement for us in -31c weather and was super friendly, professional and awesome to work with. Highly recommend!
This was our first service since the installation of our septic system ( by another contractor). They were helpful and took the time to highlight little changes we could make to avoid future issues!
