3 Best Plumbers in St. Albert, AB

We needed to change our water lines and based on an excellent reference from a friend we went with Chambers. They were quick to come over, give us a detailed estimate and included a generous seniors discount. A date for the work came quickly and the plumbers came out yesterday. Adam and Johnny were courteous and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and always took time to discuss what we wanted. They installed all of the lines with minimal cutting of drywall. They tested everything rigorously and did so much work in the first day that we had use of hot and cold water overnight. The work was clean and the lines were expertly connected. I could go on and on about little extras they did for us at minimal cost making our home better because of their attention to detail. We highly recommend Brett, Adam, and Johnny from Chambers!

My husband and I just bought a house and noticed right away there was a leaky pipe; obviously not our favourite start, but we knew we should deal with it right away. Johnny and Adam were able to come out to assess the situation the same day we moved in(!!), determined the culprit, and had the repair done efficiently with kind, calm professionalism. From first phone call to completing the repair was maybe 48 hours. These guys are fantastic, clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and it makes it really easy to want to support St Albert small business with the quality of service they provided. Would call them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for turning a new homeowner crisis around! You guys are awesome.

I had Chambers Plumbing quote me on the installation of a garage heater and then had them come to give me some advice on some plumbing issues I was having. In both instances, Brett came and was polite and explained in detail what needed to be done. I had planned on going with them on the installation of the garage heater but then things fell apart. I ended up needing their help in the re-installation of a sink stopper for a bathroom as it was leaking. I phoned 3 times and left messages but got no response back which I found unusual. When I called in between the times I left messages it went directly to voice mail. Interestingly, when I decided to call from a different number after the 3rd message left, I got through no problem. I am very disappointed since I went with them to begin with because of great reviews. This was not my experience. I'll be looking elsewhere for the installation of my garage heater. - Angela Gauthier

We sincerely apologize to Angela for a disappointing experience with our company. As Angela had stated, we had stopped by to provide free advice & quotes twice (one of which she had her son perform the repair after receiving instruction from Brett), & both were pleasant experiences. We have looked at our records, & we did find one voicemail, of which are truly sorry for missing. The only email we found was the original email thread that we had to set up the quote for the garage heater. We do not have an explanation for the phone calls not getting through, nor can we adequately explain why we did not reply to Angela within a timely matter- however, we are truly sorry that she feels that we did not provide her with consistent & valuable customer service. We strive to ensure all of our customers feel as though they have received the best service, as we absolutely feel every customer deserves that.
