Phoned early on a Monday morning as the AC system was not working properly. Pleasant and helpful phone call, asked good questions re what was wrong and then advised I would receive a service call Monday afternoon after 3pm. Shortly after 3pm Braedon arrived, pleasant, polite and started diagnostics straight away. Identified problem, explained solutions and sought approval, and then showed me what to check on in case problem came back ( the AC system was installed by Delta 27 years ago, this was first problem). So Braedon was helpful, worked quickly and was successful in fixing the problem. It is good to have knowledgeable and helpful people who both take the call and fix the problem. Delta are #1....thank you.

We have had uniformly good service from Delta for many years. Most recently, Kyle and Richard installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Their work was impeccable and they made sure that we were well informed on all aspects of the installation. Our thanks to both of you.

It started with the service tech, Dave, who's been servicing our furnace, fireplace & A/C for years, explaining the problem with my old furnace - a very nice fellow & very thorough. Dave called the sales rep, Bill, and he came the same day - very nice fellow & very thorough in explaining the options available. I made my selection, and the crew with the new furnace arrived 1st thing next morning - impressive! Dwayne & Mike were very careful with drop sheets and moving out the old, & in with the new. A few hours later, they were done & all debris was removed - Dwayne explained everything as he and Mike worked through the job, and is a very, very, friendly fellow! I am very pleased with the service & attention provided by Dunn!

We contacted Dunn Heating the day our furnace stopped working. They came the same day and after having the furnace inspected, we decided to replace both the heating and air conditioning systems. The installers arrived the very next morning at the promised time and worked tirelessly until the job was finished. They consulted with us when needed, took away the old equipment, and left the work area very clean and tidy. We were amazed at how smoothly the entire process went. This company and their employees are the best!

After a weekend away we arrived home Sunday night with no AC. I called Dunn first thing Monday morning and had a technician here within the hour! He explained that the unit could either be repaired or replaced and gave us a quote. We decided to replace the unit and that same morning they had a crew here installing it! The installers were friendly, neat, professional and skilled. Very happy Dunn and would recommend.
