Had a basement pump failure, called up on the long weekend and call was answered then directed to the manager Quinn. Explained the issue to Quinn and was worried we couldn't use water, Quinn assessed over the phone and explained we could still use upstairs water which helped us get through the weekend much easier. Dylan arrived first day after long weekend, diagnosed and had the pump replaced within 1 hour. Job was very affordable and professionally done. Thanks Weber, will definitely recommend.

Weber Environmental was great to work. Their communication was amazing, they let us know when they would be at the house and after the job was completed as I was at work. I would highly recommend them.

My toilet was clogged and I thought it was a septic issue. Bio-Bob’s did not have a truck immediately available but Matthew Drysdale used texts and calls to talk me through diagnosing issues with the system and step by step walking me through the process. He responded immediately to my texts and provided easy to follow instructions. Thank you very much! Your patience and quick responses showed real concern for my problem and helped me solve it. I learned a lot about the system and how to maintain it. Many thanks again.

Bio-Bob's is awesome. The owner took time out to call me and explain my septic tank, discussed longevity and maintenance and went above and beyond to keep me informed. I would absolutely recommend Matt and Bio-Bob's!

Great team and company . I’ve had my septic tank pumped a couple times now . Friendly, reliable and honest is how I describe them . My septic alarm had been going off and i presumed it was due to my tank requiring a pump . The young man came looked and said it didn't need to be pumped and it was not what caused the alarm. Totally honesty. Thanks.

I had Ben and his team put in a new septic tank and they did a great job. Ben took care of all the permits and kept me up-to-date on timelines, etc. They started the job early and finished when expected. Everyone was polite and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a system put in during the summer this year and were very pleased with the service we received. Ben and his team are friendly and professional. Ben continued to keep in contact with us well after our system was put in to make sure things were to our satisfaction and that our grass was growing. Highly recommend The Septic Guy!
