3 Best Movers in Waterloo, ON

We recently moved our son from Waterloo to Halifax. Burgess Transfer of Dartmouth organized the move with Canada Moving Waterloo/Wilke's Moving. Canada Moving was to drop off packing materials and pick up the owner packed boxes, and deliver to our home. The schedule was very tight due to our flights and our limited time in Waterloo; we were hopeful that we could maintain our schedule. Although it was an exceedingly busy time of the month for moves, Canada Moving Waterloo delivered as scheduled, and picked up as scheduled. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. We were not in a rush to receive the shipment; however, 3 days later the delivery arrived; every box and item as recorded, and in the same condition. We were so thrilled to have the move go so perfectly!

Our move on Jan 19, 2024 went without a hitch! Alex was very thorough and Informative when he did the quote for us. They allowed us to pick up as many boxes as we needed, with a variety of sizes. Thanks to Aaron, Craig, Pete, Dave and Steve for their hard work during the -10C conditions!

Amazing service!! This is the first time we've used a mover and not sure why we never did before. The entire process was handled very professionally and no detail was missed. Our moving team of Craig, Pete and Dave were outstanding!! They handled all of our furniture and boxes like they were their own. Quick and efficient! Would highly recommend, which we did. Our friends have booked them for their move in December.

Rick helped us with a big town-to-town move from a 2-bedroom condo to a 3-bedroom townhouse and the service we received from the team was exceptional! We couldn't be happier with how well the move went and will be referring whenever possible! I am convinced he's secretly a Tetris champion, as the well-thought out and careful planning of loading/packing up the enormous amount of furniture, boxes and possessions into his trailer was amazing. For reference, we had approximately 30+ boxes (medium to large), chairs, dining table, large sofa, 2 mattresses and their respective frames, and more; a LOT of stuff. Rick and Andrew were able to pack us up and have everything loaded into our new place (roughly 35 mins away from the old one) in a couple of hours - a record time! They carefully and swiftly loaded/unloaded our items and took them to their respective rooms and the garage, which saved us so much time and energy. He TRULY knows what he's doing. Do not hesitate to book him!

The level of service from Ricky and his partner was so much more than I expected. They were professional, knowledgable and courteous, and very sensitive to my situation. They showed up on time and came prepared with everything necessary (that I hadn't even considered). They were both super friendly and accomodating. The price was very reasonable compared to other moving companies in the KW area and the service was outstanding. I would definitely hire them again!
