The team at Whiteway Plumbing want to make sure that you are completely satisfied from start to finish. Tristen & Max installed my water softener in a timely manner, and I was asked by Tristen if I was satisfied where and how they were going to install it. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they proceeded. That is something that made me realize just how much they care about their customers, and that is very important to me. I was completely satisfied with the installation, the instructions on how to use it and the neatness of their workmanship. I would highly recommend Whiteway Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Called them up because water was leaking under my bathroom. They came the next day, quickly found and fixed the cause, and answered any questions I had. They worked quick, did a good job, and weren't too expensive. Highly recommend!

Had a leaky toilet - called Whiteway, and they had a small team sent out same day. The work was done fast and efficiently, and both gentlemen were professional and enthusiastic. Happy to have hired!

MR. ROOTER PLUMBING OF WATERLOO REVIEWS

Our shower/tub handle snapped leaving us down a shower and having to share our bathroom with our teenagers. We contacted Mr. Rooter by email on Sunday night and they called first thing Monday morning to send someone out. Gordon was sent to our rescue! He arrived just before noon and had our problem fixed by 1:15. He took the time to explain the problem and our options. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter

Daniel Ciornei did plumbing work for us today. He came on Friday to review our requests and was very clear on the options offered to us. When he came today, he worked very efficiently and explained the jobs and services he had completed. Daniel was very cordial without being pushy which we appreciated. His manner and professionalism made it a pleasure to have him work in our home.

Chris C. Was very professional and not only fixed our issue, but answered many questions and provided helpful advice. He was very friendly and we were pleased with the service.
