Action Furnace Inc.

Had Action install a new HW tank. They had to replace the PVC piping for the exhaust, which was a fair bit of work, and they did this at no extra charge. I thought they'd try to wiggle out of the "no hidden fees" claim they have since it was a fair bit of extra work, but they never even suggested any extra cost. The quote was done quickly, the installer showed up on time and all we're pleasant and professional. I wouldn't say they were the cheapest I found, but I would say I got value for my money.

We had a squeaky furnace that i didn't have time to deal with, so I called Action furnace. They were over-the-top friendly on the phone and very accommodating of our schedule. My wife met the actual tech and the house and had really good things to say about the experience. Very professional and efficient, I am good with the bill for service but can't say if it's comparable or not?? As I've never used anyone before. Overall I'm pleased.

We had a 3 day install replacing everything in our furnace room! What we had previously been told could not be done was done by Action. New furnace, humidifier, hot water on demand and AC. We couldn't be happier how it all turned out. The technicians were great, and the work completed was top notch! We will recommend Action to anyone who requires these services!
