RT was professional from start to finish, we had a multitude of things done including a new water tank, furnace, humidifier, solace filtration system with UV lighting, In floor heating separation to meet code from current set up, Air Conditioner, reverse osmosis, duct work, dishwasher install, new kitchen faucet and plumbing, laundry sink install and plumbing as well as duct cleaning. This was all completed within a 3 week period provided there were no emergencies during the cold snap. Tom was excellent at communicating times and ensuring if anything came up to inform us of the changes. All the guys on his team were professional, friendly, smiling and kept a positive attitude and answered all questions I may have had regarding the installations. This is our second time using RT and we are happy to use them again based on our experience!

These guys are great. They are very nice and easy to talk to. They explain everything so well that it is easy to understand what they are doing and what is going on with the furnace or A/C. They do a good job every time, whether it is maintenance for my A/C or maintenance of my furnace. In December 2021, they came and cleaned the ducts, vents, and furnace. It was wise to get those cleaned because it got wickedly cold, and the furnace ran a lot. Thank you very much.

Cory from RT Heating came today to clean our furnace and ducts. He was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Cory took before and after pictures. The positive difference was amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend this company and call on them in the future. In my past life, I was responsible for customer service for a large company. RT Heating goes above and beyond. Very impressive!
