Just purchased a Mitsubishi Mini-split Air conditioner/Heat Pump from British Empire Fuels in Bobcaygeon. Wanted to comment on what a fantastic company they are. The salesman, Michael was terrific and took all our needs into consideration and offered the perfect solution for our home. The technician Erik (and assistant) were thoroughly professional and did an amazing job not only installing but by giving us a great tutorial on how to operate the A/C. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend British Empire Fuels.

Everyone, from the sweet office ladies, who made me feel so comfortable, to Mike (sales) for taking the time to fully explain all our options in language I understood to the wonderful installers (Aaron and Kevin). The install was professionally done and everything was fully explained. I will defentely use this company again.

I cannot say enough how amazing these guys are. Went above and beyond what was expected. There was an issue with my furnace and the service came and fixed it I had follow-up questions about it and the tech answered my call didn’t have an answer for me but called me back in 10 minutes with an answer. Wasn’t expected or necessary. Highly recommended! Thank you.
