I called for a shower leaking through the ceiling below the girls in the office were fabulous and calming. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Shawn showed up right at 8AM and was able to find the issue and repair it - he also pointed out another potential (non plumbing) issue and what to watch for. While he was there he was able to repair another leak in the basement as well. Between the craziness of being a first time homeowner and first time parents just days apart this was the last thing we needed. So glad we called Postma - any future issues they’ll be our call The bill was reasonable and the service was superb!

The tech was very helpful. We weren't sure we had a problem or not so he reprogrammed the thermostat since it was the easiest and cheapest place to start. He helped me locate a manual online so I could program it myself in the future, we really appreciated that since I was unable to find one myself. The system has been working much better ever since. Thank you.
